The Board of Directors work together to fulfill their responsibilities towards achieving Green Healthcare's long-term growth goals while maximizing added value in a sustainable manner for shareholders and all stakeholders. The Board members are keen to provide the necessary resources to achieve the vision and mission, in addition to conducting continuous reviews to evaluate management performance. The Board also determines the values, standards and policies adopted by the Group that ensures fulfillment of its obligations towards shareholders and all stakeholders

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Genesis Healthcare and Medical Tourism

One of the leaders of the banking sector and administrative work, he is the former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank and Executive Director of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Unit. In this role, he assumed important responsibilities related to supervising the implementation of policies and procedural regulations in the Egyptian banking sector for more than forty years and is a consultant to a number of local and international bodies such as the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and central banks in many countries.

Dr. Sayed Abdel Hamid Othman

Member of the Board of Directors

He is one of the leaders of the private health sector in Egypt, a consultant in internal medicine and founder of Othman Clinics, which was established more than 50 years ago. Dr. Othman is a pioneer in the field of health care in Egypt, having provided distinguished medical services to several generations, and is known for his significant contributions to the development of primary medical care.

Dr. Essam Ali El-Tabbakh

Board Member

One of the prominent legal figures in Egypt, holds a PhD in Civil Law from Ain Shams University. He has extensive legal experience spanning years in various fields, where he held prestigious positions, including Special Legal Advisor to the former Minister of Manpower in the government of Dr. Hazem El-Beblawi, and Legal Advisor to the Workers' University and the Workers' Cultural Foundation.

Dr. Essam currently holds the position of a lawyer in the Court of Cassation, the Administrative Court, and the Supreme Constitutional Court, and a lawyer before the Supreme Military Courts. He is a member of a number of prestigious legal and academic institutions such as the Arab Lawyers Union, the Egyptian Society for Political Economy, Statistics and Legislation, and the Egyptian Society for Real Estate Finance.

He also provides his services as a legal advisor to the Border Guard Forces Sports Club, and holds the position of Assistant Secretary-General of the Central Secretariat of Professionals in the Future of the Nation Party, and a member of the party's Supreme Authority.

Hossam Sadek

One of the prominent figures in the Egyptian health sector, he held the position of CEO of the General Authority for Comprehensive Health Insurance in Egypt, where he led the management and financing of the country's social health insurance system - an essential part of Egypt's national health care reforms.

With over 29 years of experience in diverse sectors including technology, healthcare, insurance, asset management, real estate, and software development, Hossam Sadek has developed a multi-dimensional approach to business strategy and operational excellence.

Board Member of the Consulting Center for Advanced Software and Biomedical Engineering (CASBEC) at the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University.

During his career, he has held leadership positions in prestigious international companies such as Allianz Group, Scale-Soft, and ITWorx. These experiences have enabled him to acquire skills in driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing innovative solutions that improve efficiency and achieve tangible results.

Dr. Sherif Hosny

A pillar of innovation in the healthcare sector in Egypt, and the founder of the first clinical pharmacy at 57357 Hospital. A consultant to many educational and international bodies and institutions, Dr. Sherif combines clinical expertise with a strategic vision to deliver in the healthcare field and education management and oversees the educational excellence management at Genesis Healthcare and Medical Tourism.

Prof. Dr. Wafaa Youssef

A distinguished pioneer in the field of education and a professor of finance at the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University. She founded the Open Education Unit at Ain Shams University, reflecting her commitment to promoting accessible learning and innovative academic initiatives. With extensive experience in finance and education management, Dr. Wafaa brings strategic insights and in-depth knowledge that contribute to achieving positive impact at the academic level and beyond
